I have been in the business of designing and facilitating virtual learning communities since 1986, guided by a vision of transforming education with each person at the center of the change process. 

I bring a unique combination of knowledge and skills to this work.

• I am a systems thinker with a deep understanding of education, organizational development, and networking technology.
• Clients and former clients include leading organizations and consortia in education reform for whom I have provided a wide range of services from designing virtual learning spaces, to working as a liaison with programmers to actualize the designs, to user support for an array of networking tools and social media.
• Most important, I am a skilled facilitator of online collaboration with the primary mission of building capacity in others to inspire and support online collaboration.
